Valerie Vendrame will continue our popular program through the spring. Aside from the benefits of stretching and strengthening muscles, yoga provides teens with healthy coping strategies to help deal with unique stressors: insecurity about changing bodies, pressure to fit in, and challenging emotions. All done in a supportive environment that will keep you smiling and having fun!
