In gentle yoga, you take time to feel your body move. Breath and
movement are pathways to keep the organs healthy and the joints
lubricated. Mostly, gentle yoga helps you have a sound mind to dictate
and nurture the cells in the body.
6 Tuesdays, January 8, 15, 29 & February 5, 12, 19 at 10:30am (there will be no session on January 22 due to another program previously scheduled for the Community Room)
Class for all levels moving at a gentle pace. Mary Callan will be our instructor.
Registration is required.
Cost: Free to Nyack School District residents. $5 per class for Out-of-District.
