This is one of 4 sessions of Heartfulness Meditation.
(This was originally a 6-session program. The last two sessions (February 9 & 16) have been cancelled.)
This technique teaches people to
connect with their heart and to ignore their thoughts. Thoughts are the biggest
roadblock in addition to the perception that we don’t have time. Meditation
does not conflict with any religious beliefs, only enhances your inner search. A
10-minute guided relaxation technique will also be part of the program.
